MuleSoft Delivery Leader to join our team and drive the successful delivery of complex MuleSoft implementations, particularly in the healthcare sector. As a MuleSoft Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing program management, project management, and agile delivery practices while ensuring adherence to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficient and effective execution of MuleSoft projects, meeting client requirements, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1. Program Management and Project Leadership: - Oversee and lead the end-to-end delivery of MuleSoft implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, taking into account scope, timeline, resource allocation, and risk management. - Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any potential risks or issues. 2. Agile Delivery and SAFe Implementation: - Champion agile methodologies and best practices, implementing SAFe principles to facilitate effective team collaboration and delivery. - Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on agile methodologies, ensuring they embrace agile values and principles in their daily work. 3. MuleSoft Catalyst Delivery Framework: - Leverage your expertise in the MuleSoft Catalyst Delivery Framework to streamline implementation processes, improve project efficiency, and enhance delivery quality. 4. Budgeting, Estimation, and Backlog Management: - Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints. - Lead the estimation process for MuleSoft projects, providing accurate and realistic estimates for resources, timeframes, and costs. - Manage project backlogs, prioritizing tasks based on business value and project goals. 5. Release Planning and Risk Management: - Develop and execute comprehensive release plans, coordinating with development and testing teams to ensure smooth and reliable software deployments. - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, establishing risk management strategies to ensure project success. 6. Documentation and Collaboration Best Practices: - Promote documentation standards and encourage the use of collaboration tools to enhance knowledge sharing and project transparency. - Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging effective communication and teamwork among project members. 7. SDLC and DevOps: - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how it integrates with DevOps practices. - Advocate for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation to streamline development and deployment processes. Requirements: - Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale MuleSoft implementations, preferably in the healthcare sector. - Extensive experience in program management, project management, and agile delivery, with a deep understanding of SAFe principles. - Proficiency in the MuleSoft Catalyst Delivery Framework, applying it to optimize project execution. - Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, estimation, backlog management, release planning, risk management, and documentation best practices. - Strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps, with experience in integrating DevOps practices into MuleSoft projects. - Hold certifications like PMP, SAFe, or other relevant industry certifications. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. - Minimum 1o+ years of relevant industry experience - Experience as a delivery leader in at least 1 full lifecycle MuleSoft implementation project
