• 1-3 years work experience in IT Sales for services or product • Must have business development experience for overseas customers for US/Europe or Aus. • Flawless written and verbal communication skills (Nonnegotiable) • Must have good attitude and should show commitment to the given responsibilities. • Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirement. • Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements. • Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting. • Effective use of effective sourcing strategies with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder.
Responsibilities

- Preferred Experience:
- Working with State client experience is mandatory.
- Must have strong experience of end-to-end US IT Recruitment.
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, formatting resumes, interviews scheduled, follow-ups.)
- Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
- Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills.
